Аура Хисоки имеет свойство становиться сильнее после смерти. После того как Хисока был убит в бою с Куроро, он сумел реанимировать себя заранее заготовленной техникой, после чего его способности Нен вышли на новый уровень, что позволило ему занять 6 место в топе вместо Рейзора.

In order to be adept at using Nen, a person must master its four main principles, Ten, Zetsu, Ren, and Hatsu. Here are 10 characters who have.
Nen is an ability that allows the beings in the Hunter x Hunter world to manipulate their aura of life energy and use stupefying powers by its application. Although not used by those in society at large, there is a decent number of people who are capable of utilizing this power, and they’re referred to as Nen users.
In order to be adept at using Nen, a person must initially master its four main principles, which include Ten, Zetsu, Ren, and Hatsu. Once mastered, they can then find out their aura type and train in it to create a unique technique. Here are the 10 strongest known Nen users in Hunter x Hunter.
10 Hisoka Morow
One of the former members of The Phantom Troupe, Hisoka is an exceptionally powerful fighter. Although lacking in raw strength, Hisoka makes up for it using his Nen ability known as Bungee Gum.
As explained by Hisoka himself, his aura possesses the qualities of both gum and rubber. Being a master Transmuter, Hisoka can manipulate Bungee Gum as he likes. He’s also more than capable of using Enhancer, Emitter, and Conjurer abilities. Throughout the course of the series, Hisoka has been proving his strength time and again, and he’s only going to get stronger with time.
9 Silva Zoldyck
The current leader of the Zoldyck Family, Silva possesses extraordinary strength as an assassin. Although he specializes in Transmutation, he can also use Emitter and Enhancer Nen techniques like they’re natural to him.
Silva has previously tussled with the Phantom Troupe, killing one of its members in the process. As expected of someone of his Nen caliber, Silva has also fought Chrollo in the past, although who won this battle is something that we do not have any knowledge on so far.
8 Chrollo Lucilfer
Chrollo Lucilfer is the leader of the Phantom Troupe and their strongest member as well. His Nen aura type is that of a Specialist using which he can steal other people’s Nen abilities, essentially making him an adept user of every single type of Nen.
Chrollo has previously fought against many powerful Nen users, such as Silva Zoldyck, and even Hisoka. With the ability that he possesses, it’s no surprise that he’s survived most of these battles without too much trouble. Chrollo is, undoubtedly, one of the strongest Nen users in Hunter x Hunter.
7 Gon Freecss
The main protagonist of Hunter x Hunter, Gon Freecss is an incredible user of Nen. Suiting his tough and straightforward personality, Gon is primarily an Enhancer, but he can also use some Emitter and Transmuter techniques. During his fight against Pitou, Gon sacrificed his talent in exchange for tremendous power via a Contract.
This allowed him to become strong enough to defeat Pitou within a matter of seconds, despite her being strong enough to defeat Kite easily. Great as this ability was, his body started to decay after the battle, and he also lost his ability to use Nen.
6 Ging Freecss
One of the focal points of the story, Ging Freecss is the man who inspired Gon to become a Hunter and seek him out. He is a double-star Hunter and was once a member of the 12 Zodiacs as well, although he soon resigned from his position during the Dark Continent Saga.
Ging’s Nen abilities remain largely unknown, but it is understood that he’s strong enough to defeat Razor, who himself was one of the strongest Nen users in the series. According to the former Chairman of the Hunter Association, Netero, Ging is one of the top five Nen users that he knows.
5 Zeno Zoldyck
Zeno Zoldyck is Silva’s father and Killua’s grandfather. As one of the sharpest known assassins of the Zoldyck family, Zeno possesses tremendous control over Nen. Primarily a Transmuter, Zeno is capable of very high-level techniques, such as the Dragon Dive and Dragon Lance.
He’s also a skilled Emitter and knows some of the most advanced techniques which let him expand his En to over 300 meters if he wishes. According to Zeno, he’s more than capable of going head-to-head against Chrollo and pushing him to his extreme, although whether he can win or not is a different question entirely.
4 The Royal Guard
King Meruem’s Royal Guard consisted of Shaiapouf, Neferpitou, and Menthuthuyoupi. Out of all the Chimera Ants, these three possessed the highest level of skill after the King. As evident from Pitou’s fight against Kite, they’re too powerful even for the strongest of Hunters.
As such, all three members of the Royal Guard possess frightening aura, and their Nen abilities go beyond the levels of humans as well. For instance, Pitou was primarily a specialist and possessed the ability of Doctor Blithe. However, their skill in Emitter techniques was so majestic that they could cast En over a span of two kilometers.
3 Maha Zoldyck
The oldest Zoldyck alive right now, Maha once wielded incredible strength which put him on a pedestal above Isaac Netero. The only known Zoldyck to be an Enhancer so far, Maha possessed such tremendous powers that those who fought him never lived to tell the tale.
Isaac Netero remains to be the only person to have ever stalemated against him and, in the process, earn high praise from him. Although he was astronomically powerful once, Maha isn’t on the same level right now because of his old age. In his prime days, he was surely one of the strongest Nen users to have ever existed.
2 Isaac Netero
The 12th Chairman of the Hunter Association and the strongest fighter in the world once, Netero’s Nen capabilities were monstrous. Although born as an Enhancer, Netero could also use the skills in Emission, Transmutation, Manipulation, and Conjuration when using his 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva to a great degree.
In his fight against Meruem, Netero showed enough skill to impress him and earn his respect, even though he was defeated fairly easily. In his prime, Netero is said to have been at least twice as strong as he was in his old age.
1 Meruem
Also known as King, Meruem was the strongest Chimera Ant and the most powerful being in the entire Hunter x Hunter series until now. Being called the pinnacle of evolution, it’s not a surprise that his skills surpassed that of everyone else in the series. Meruem was a Specialist, just like Neferpitou. His aura was such that even Netero was scared of his potential.
Using his tremendous Ren, he was able to defend himself from Netero’s 0th Hand as well. After absorbing the powers of Shaiapouf and Youpi, his powers increased and he evolved to the point where no mortal could even think about defeating him in a fight. Without a doubt, Meruem was the strongest Nen user in anime and the manga.
Best Hunter x Hunter Characters
Honestly, I relate more to Killua than to Gon since I know what it is like to have a family who forces their expectations to you and the struggle to not feel lonely. Also, his character development is one of the best in all of anime and even world literature. He goes from lonely, lost and broken to empathetic, compassionate and altruistic kind of person. Honestly, dare I say he is heroic and out of all the characters in Hunter x Hunter, he’s the closest one to becoming the ideal hero. And while Melody says that Leorio has the most beautiful heartbeat, I think at the end of the 2011 version of HxH, he’d be at the same level as him, if not greater.
It goes without saying that not only is he one of the most dynamic and well written characters of the show, but also experienced one of the most interesting character development. He started off as a lost and confused boy who just recently escaped from his previous assassin lifestyle and was trying to find a way to escape his fate. It was only through meeting Gon that he found his true purpose, he wanted nothing more than a friend. Someone to be there and to take care of. Because unlike the rest of his family, he was able to feel true love and compassion for his friends and only wanted to care for them. He did eventually grow and realized he couldn’t just follow around Gon forever, so he decided to spend his time caring for his little sister Alluka, as the Zoldyck family wasn’t giving her the love and attention she needed. Thus he finally found his true purpose. To care for those that needed, and through all of the fighting and killing, all he ever wanted was to love someone.
Okay okay. I mean Killua is a very strong character but I would say that too Gon too. Okay so killua has shown very impressive combat skills and he is very powerful but what he doesn’t have is kindness. Well he is kind too Gon and kurapika and other characters but that is further in the story I mean when it first started. Okay so if you saw the anime you saw that he was just a oridinary guy at first but once you get deeper in the story you will see that he is a killing wreck. I do like Killua but whenever he is alone he acts destent and not really much of a «nice guy» oh and let me tell you about his family cause that family is a wreck! I truly love Killua but his family is not much of a family. This seems like a hate article and not some cheery paragraph but I just wanted to point this out.
He just went through so much and got through it at the age of 12 he would also sacrifice his life for any of his friends. He’s so strong he has a cute side and hot hot side he’s perfect he is he is now 14 not 12 I like his personality he’s really smart and kind he’s also very bold.
Kurapika it’s so good looking like he’s so strong like he’d be the perfect would be perfect she is perfect I am obsessed with him I love him he used to have a cute face but then it became hot face. But the fact they didn’t show him on the last season or whenever they won the fight make me so mad they barely showed him but then I watch the movie so I got to see him
Kurapika is calm, smart, strong and always thinks things out, he can beat the whole phantom troupe and also defeat Gon and Killua obvi. Kurapika is really under-rated.
He’s smart, calm, filled with hatred but know what should be treasured at right moment. He has a strategy background but not become a savage man that I really appreciate it, he is a likable character to me alterall.
Pika should be higher than Killua, it’s just that he doesn’t get as much attention and doesn’t appear as often as Killua does, and as funny as Killua-Gon moments get, Kurapika-Leorio humour is much better. I wish there was more Kurapika, and I was honestly just so bored of Gon and Killua some times that I almost ditched the anime.
I love Hisoka He is the best character. I-I mean like could you say he isn’t just PERFECT?! I am not fully just a simp tho, I like him because of his everything not his looks but how he uses his words, and like normal people say cute he says adorable. I like him because of. well this needs no more explanation, he is everything to me, he motivates to do better (In my mind ofc. haha) I want to be more better for him. So yeah, he is basically my everything, he means a lot to me. I am Bisky you probably know why. Both attracted to Hisoka. Haha
Hisoka sends a vibe down my back whenever he appears in the anime, causing me to want to watch more. It gets me hyped whenever I see him battle. He’s both strong and knowledgeable. He’s awesome! It’s interesting how he wants to kill Gon, but at the same time he’ll help Gon in certain times of need, in a way, it makes him kind. I guess. Hisoka wins as one of my favorite characters.
He is my favorite. I love that he is like both villain and friend. He helps out Gon during the Hunter exam and helps Kurapika by telling him about the Phantom Troupe. However, he helps Illumi try and steal Alluka to kill her since they are good acquaintance’s or friends. Hisoka is my most favorite. Especially in the musicals.
I can relate to Gon when it comes to personality, I’m selfish,I’m childish, I’m stupid, and a lot more. Gon is just the best character for me no matter how much someone tries to convince me why this character is terrible and I should like this one better. That one episode in the Chimera Ant Arc was amazing, it truly showed that even the nicest and most friendly characters that would just hurt an opponent rather than kill them showed their dark side that was hiding inside them all this time waiting to be released. I also like the Killua X Gon ships, don’t bother asking why, their friendship is just so adorable
I love gon he just brightens everyone’s mood he makes everyone happy I also like him because he made killua happy. He’s also very strong and I love how he’s so confident and never gives up he’s also very bold. And cute
Gon is an amazing character! He may be selfish at times but that’s how he is. I like how kind he is and he’s an adorable cinnamon roll. I love his relationship with Killua. They both help each other in the good times and bad times. And besides, if he weren’t here, Killua will never had made a friend, Leorio wouldn’t have passed, Kurapika would have never meet them and become friends with them. Gon is a perfect example to a best friend. His smile is the light to the darkness! He’s just that loveable
2nd best character development (only next to Killua’s). Honestly, I hated him at first but then he became my second favourite character (tied with Gon and Kurapika and best by Killua).
Without a doubt the best character. Despite being a villain, he got what I’d consider the best character development in the series, and you really sympathize with him.

He was my favorite character ever since he was born in episode 91. Villains always somehow become my favorite character. Like, in Dragon Ball Z how vegeta got introduced.
How this guy went from a mindless killing machine to barely even wanting to fight Netero and wanting to protect and love a human is the work of the gods.
Pitou is a character with so much depth and potential it’s crazy. She (sorry but it’s my opinion she’s a girl) has a great design, and every scene she’s in is great and she has the most iconic scenes. I wish she would stay around because her character developed in a positive way but someone had to kill her. Anyways I believe she could still come back as a protagonist with her abilities and such. Also, she had the most screen time and heart than any of the Chimera ants so why would they kill her off like that.
I love her so much. cute, ultimately a misguided hero, quirky, and loyal. Not to mention, her fans are much nicer than Gon’s as I have not seen a single art of Pitou killing/torturing the boy.
I really don’t understand why some people hate her to be honest. She was clearly brainwashed as a King loving psychocat from birth which was why she was lacking empathy for others. If you hate her for killing Kite you have to hate Killua for being a murderer in his past life which is a reason why I believe in redemption. I wish Pitou comes back somehow I will even accept it either as a cute ghost or show a scene of her at Heaven with Meruem and Komugi. It will be cool if she comes back and helps Gon overcome some of his flaws.
As a character she has a lot of potential to make the story interesting. I know that she is sadly killed by the main character of all people but it will be awesome if she comes back. I want to see her as a more heroic character like maybe become a doctor with Leorio, become Kite’s servant (after apologizing to him/her) and even become friends with Gon(that will make it less likely to be killed again.) That’s my only wish for Hunter X Hunter if it continues as I refuse to care about it if the main character became too unsympathetic to root for.
If you can understand his character then you will know what a great character this guy is. He is written so well and tbh it is hard to grasp what this guy actually is which makes him intriguing terrifying and amazing at the same time
The charisma that he has and mystery of Chrollo’s past are enough to draw anyone’s attention. And his quest for finding his purpose of life is straight up relatable. Definitely one of the best anime villains.
Chrollo is mesmerizing. I remember falling for him the first time I laid my eyes on him. his mysterious aura is so alluring and he just got that charming and charismatic way of talking. he is so damn fine

He’s the best character, all the other main four are not too realistic, and he’s the most calm in the group and keeps them running. It’s also so nice how he wants to be a doctor!
I think Leorio should be a bit higher on this list. Throughout the series he’s been and Gon, Killua, and Kurapika’s side when they needed it the most and deeply cares about them like family. Hell, Leorio went and punched Ging in the face because he was such a father. Although he’s not the strongest, he’s a great character all and all.
Leirio is a different kind of character than the rest of the main cast. Even though he mostly contributes comedy to the show, he’s really kind and helps the rest of the characters rather than being jealous of them because of their combat skills. He’s very relatable and has a good role in the story.
The reason I liked him was he was honestly he was very relatable. He didn’t have any combat powers (that he used in combat) so he was much more like an average guy. I also empathized with his actions like when he punched Ging.
Absolutely savage, going from a kind and clever teacher into a warrior so powerful to fight the unbreakable Mereum and actually damage/semi stand up to for a few minutes (nobody else even pulled off one second) anyway, Netero, he’s inspirational.
His Nen was very unique, and the fact that he’d still pulled his weight with an OP villain. Most unique character of the show and has some of the best quotes too.
I really like how he seems to be a nice mentor, but then is basically just as bad as hisoka.
He’s calm and extremely strong and even when he’s about to die he’d still be calm. ( Maybe I don’t know)

At first I thought Biscuit was gonna be «one of those girls». The type who’s weak and frail naive and acts as if her existence is necessary. The type that has no interesting characteristics and is only liked for being cute. I thought she was gonna be saved by Gon or Killua and they’ll have some sort of love triangle. Now that was stupid of me. I underestimated HXH for a sec, and I came to realize that a well written anime girl can be created and that Gon and Killuas friendship is FOR REAL. I never would’ve thought that she was actually strong, and that she would teach them!? That was insane. I thought that having a girl character was unnecessary, but I came to realize that she’s like a mother to them and that was it. I enjoyed her screen time. She was pretty cool and actually had something that consists of her besides her cute looks. She’s a badass, and I like her a lot.
Biscuit should be number one! She’s one of the strongest characters in the entire series, both in personality and fighting skill.
She was so lucky to see hisoka naked. I also liked that she helped killua and gon out. I also like his pet

Temporary leader of the Phantom Troupe is absolutely terrifying in terms of combat ability, techniques, speed, and power. All of his observed skills were considered rusty and short of his maximum potential. Additionally, he is a Transmitter that demonstrated only 2 hatsu abilities of incredible force. Implying that he has multiple forms and abilities, he is more than formidable. His pain packer was a conjuration hatsu (80%) and the Rising Sun ability uses emission and transmutation (60 and 100% respectively). Finally, as an additional testament to his foundation in Nen, his skills in Ko, Zetsu, and Shu are masterful.
His so amazing, His lack of speech leads me to wonder what his thinking. His Combat skill is like nothing I’ve ever seen before in any other anime, His such an amazing charecter and brings a chilling touch to the whole anime, Along with Hisoka. I’d really like to see them in a one to one combat fight
One of the most intriguing and well-written characters of the anime. I simply love Feitan. He’s bloody brilliant.

He’s not only one of the most interesting characters but nobody really gets him. He’s been through a lot of pain and manipulation over the past 24 years of his life and he’s still manipulated by his family. I only feel empathy and love for this character so-
He’s a very interesting character with a lot of depth that watchers refuse to look into. All people see is the way he acts (which is not good in any way), but they don’t care about his thought process behind it. He acts this way because he really loves killua and that’s reason he act manipulative. I’m not saying that is motives are an excuse for his actions, but you have to take them into account. He’s also very beautiful. 🤩
He is a really interesting character and I hope we see more of him in the future especially since we don’t actually see him in a lot of fights and can’t see his true potential. But he is the strongest out of the Zoldyck family children and Hisoka rated him a 95 given that Hisoka considered himself 100, so I suppose he has a lot of potential as a fighter.
He’s such an interesting character. He’s in a way the perfect Zoldyck but he’s not the heir to the business, he’s cold but has a possessive love for Killua. Also he’s creepy as all hell and anyone that says otherwise has never watched the series enough.

I actually loved Ponzu’s character and she deserved a fair bit more screen time and definitely did not deserve to die the way she did.
They should not have killed her of. At the very least they should have brought her back somehow.

Why didn’t she get reincarnated? I nearly cried when I saw her die.
