SwiftKey — экранная клавиатура от Microsoft для смартфонов под управлением Андроид. На фоне аналогичных продуктов, приложение от Майкрософта умеет распознавать стиль письма пользователя и под него подстраиваться: введя 3 первых буквы, юзеру предложат вставить полное слово и составить предложение из появившихся вариантов. Новые фразы или выражения автоматически заносят в словарь, поэтому количество комбинаций растет с каждым напечатанным сообщением.

SwiftKey что это за программа?
Привет друзья, в этой заметке я поведаю вам о том, что это за программа такая, SwiftKey, но полное ее название на самом деле такое — SwiftKey Keyboard. Как видно из названия, программа имеет отношение к клавиатуре, и так оно и есть.
SwiftKey Keyboard, это очень умное приложение для Андроид и iOS, которое обновляет клавиатуру устройства и делает так, чтобы вы могли вводить текст быстрее, при этом всем эта программа бесплатная (у нее есть даже какие-то награды). И не все догадаются в чем дело то, а все в прогнозе, программа сама предсказывает слово, которое вы скорее всего будете вводить и таким образом вы можете печатать текст еще быстрее. В этой клавиатуре есть признаки искусственного интеллекта, кстати она же установлена на инвалидное кресло Стивена Хокинга (это такой ученый, физик-теоретик).
В настройках вы можете изменить цветовую гамму, раскладки поддерживают почти все размеры экранов.
Сама технология издалека напоминает Т9 на телефоне, правда чтобы печатать текст действительно быстрее, нужно сперва немного научится. SwiftKey Keyboard поддерживает исправления, так что если вы что-то не так написали, совершили опечатку, то все это будет исправлено.
Я писал, что программа SwiftKey Keyboard очень умная, так вот, если дать ей доступ к социальным сетям, к почте, к своим заметкам, то SwiftKey посмотрит все там, как вы пишите, какой у вас стиль и потом это будет использовать тогда, когда вы будете печатать, а сам словарь хранится в облаке. Ну что? Вроде бы супер возможности!

Внешний вид также классный, вообще здорово то, что экранная клавиатура может быть почти такой же удобной, как и настольная (лучше она конечно смотрится на Android, чем на iOS):
А есть еще метод ввода, называется Flow. Знаете что это такое? Это когда слова можно вводить жестами, и на практике это удобно, может немного непривычно сначала, но потом вы сами поймете насколько удобно.

Клавиатура SwiftKey умеет удалять пробел между запятой и словом, которое было также автоматически вставлено.
Теперь немного о минусах, первый минус и самый серьезный — это нестабильная работа, пользователи часто жалуются, что SwiftKey Keyboard не всегда появляется когда нужно, пока не перезапустишь программу (но что-то я думаю, что эти глюки будут исправлены в следующих версиях, поверьте). Также не совсем удобная смена языка — нужно удержать проблем и потом выбрать язык, но думаю это уже некритично.

Stopped working.
I love the app but today it just stopped working. When I try to select it again the current app just crashes (ie: messenger). Please do something about this

Reduced version of Hungarian keyboard?
Dear Developers! At first glance, I do like your application, however, I was wondering, are you planning to release a ‘reduced’ version of your Hungarian keyboard? On your present keyboard, there are just too many versions for the same vowel. For instance, for ‘a’, there are a, à, á, â, ã, ä, å, and æ. This makes it harder to choose one of the two versions Hungarians use in everyday conversation, which are a and á. (All the others are used strictly in foreign words, and even then, very scarcely.) Furthermore, á is the second most frequent version if the vowel, and yet it is the third one among the options, which is impractical. Personally, I would be very happy to see a reduced, ‘conversational’ version of your Hungarian keyboard. Alternatively, you could also allow your users to customize the list of vowels they need. Thank you for reading my thoughts on your application.
Phasing out
As far as I can see you have stopped development of this application. Since more than a year space bar cursor navigation is missing, we have been asking for that since then. Also reduced accented vowel set would be essential. No dictation icon either. An easier way of typing spec characters and numbers like the new Apple keyboard would also be welcome. I have the feeling the app got stuck in time on both platforms and not moving any step further. I switched to Gboard some time ago, just got back to check if there is anything improved, nothing. Seems swiftkey is dead.

firstly, this app allows you to change the settings rlly quickly and as i type, it makes a satisfying sound; which you can also enable in the settings. secondly, it allows you to choose your favourite design. this app has many choices for you to choose which you desire/like. im using this keyboard from microsoft swiftkey now. last but not least, it is very convenient for you to press the plus icon on the keyboard to go to emojis. you can even enable a number row on the keyboard such that you dont have to click on the «123» button to just press the number. i really recommend this app if youre reading this. the autocorrect helps a lot, you dont need Grammarly! 🤠 overall, this is what i have to say, amazing app, stay safe everyone.

The flow of SwiftKey is great, but Microsoft needs to give attention to the little things. An example of this would be to automatically insert a space after a «,» (comma).

Best Keyboard
Have been using for the last year and there is nothing to complain about. Best Keyboard I ever used. Good job to the developer. If there is any more improvement, think the only other one is adding the one iphone keyboard has where the cursor can be moved when pressing & moving around the keyboard layout.

Superior in every way!
After moving to apple from andriod a couple of years ago I downloaded the SwiftKey keyboard app. It was terrible and had very little support on iphone with the keyboard failing to pop up etc. However, I decided to give it another go this year (2016) and it has gone back to its best! The support is there for 99% of areas and I didn’t realise how much I missed the swipe feature and how much better SwiftKeys predictive text is than the apple keyboard! It’s amazing. Only thing I would like to see is a replica iOS keyboard skin either for free or for sale. As there is a limited number of keyboard skins available at the moment. I would also like to see force touch implemented into this keyboard better as it currently doesn’t use the feature at all.
Update as of January 2017: after trying every keyboard on my iphone I am finding SwiftKey to be the best. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews on here. I have had zero problems with SwiftKey since using it about a year ago. I’m using an iPhone 6s. It is still the go to keyboard on the iPhone and should be given a chance to prove itself.
Update as of November 2017:
Afted a number of changes SwiftKey is back at the the ultimate ios keyboard! Now only if we could have SwiftKey access for lock screen and entering passwords, I would be soo happy!
My favorite and the best
I have been using swiftkey since past 5-6 years if I remember it correct. I love the app more than any other competitor apps in the store. Even though I have switched around 5 phones in these years, the keyboard I always preferred is swiftkey! It has always been my favorite. It just reads my mind and saves keyboard strokes by showing the right suggestions. Kudos team for such an amazing app.
I have one point to ask you guys for support. I love the fact that voice typing feature is introduced in this, I was waiting for it for so long. I use iPhone 7 right now and use a lot of emojis while texting. The voice typing icon is very next to emoji icon and I always accidentally presses voice typing instead of emoji icon which is so annoying and the voice typing takes me to a different page for a moment and comes back. I have to wait until I can finally switch to emoji. Could you please place voice typing icon in a different location of the keyboard where it is not near the most frequently used keys? Like if you can place it in top left or right corners or something where we can use it as and when required. Also please try to avoid the screen switching thing that happens on pressing voice typing, it’s a bit exhausting for the user. Just a little feedback from my side. And that’s why the 4 star. Otherwise you should definitely get a 5 star rating.
Why oh why.
Update! Why oh why have you put the microphone key next to the emoji key in the most recent update. Now it’s just really annoying to misadvertantly press the microphone key and get that screen up. couldn’t it have gone on the other side. It’s so annoying, now that Apple have brought out a swipe keyboard i may have to change over. Really a design flaw in my mind. I’ve demoted the stars from 5 to 3. sorry.
This is a great keyboard, I use it exclusively and have jetisoned the use of the iPhone inbuilt. It is so good to be able to use the swipe feature and over time, the keyboard learns your words. definitely a time saving feature. why oh why do Apple not include swipe. Anyway, a plus for Swipe keyboard. Really like the choice of colours for the keyboard too. The new ‘build your own’ keyboard is a good addition. Definitely worth getting this app.
